Primary method: in-app deletion
Open PilotBriefAI → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your email address, personal minimums, and all briefing and error records associated with your account.
Support requests
If you need help, open PilotBriefAI → Settings → Support. From there you can open a ticket, send feedback, report a bug, or request a new feature.
What gets deleted
- Email address and account identity.
- Personal minimums and preferences.
- Saved routes and favorite airports.
- Aircraft and student profiles.
- Briefing and error records linked to the account.
What may be retained
Anonymized, non-identifying service telemetry already disassociated from your account may persist up to 90 days for operational monitoring. Subscription records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are governed by those platforms.
